Sydney S. Henry, Sr. of Port Orange, Florida, formerly of Tarrytown and later Elmsford, died on February 15, 2009. He was born on October 16, 1914, to Sydney and Susan Henry in Mt. Vernon, NY.      Predeceased by his wife of many years, Mary; he is survived by his daughter, Janice Henry of Jupiter, Florida and son, Sydney Henry, Jr. of Elmsford, grandchildren Philip Restino, Anne Restino, John Restino and Robert Restino and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Fred See and sister Florence Settles.      He worked for General Motors, Fisher Body Division, in North Tarrytown for 38 years, prior to retiring to Florida, where he was an avid golfer.      He was a life active member of Washington Engine Company No. 2, Tarrytown Fire Dept. and a 10 year WCVFA Senior Member.       Services at Volusia Memorial Park Funeral Home, Port Orange, Fla. this Saturday.
