Jerry joined the Hastings-on-Hudson Volunteer Fire Department in 1965 and served as Captain in 1970 with Riverview Manor Hose Co. #3 where he was Company Chairman for 20 years. He was Past President of Hastings-on-Hudson Firemen's Benevolent Association and Past Director of  Westchester County Volunteer Firemen's Association. (Passed Away 08/01/2011)
